Basic Premise of Aromatherapy
All aromatherapy is the same in that it’s not the scent itself but how the body reacts to the scent. Aromatherapy works on the limbic or message center of the brain. Inhaling the product triggers certain physical and/or emotional responses. If you have ever peeled an onion, you will know it's scent and the effect on the body, your eyes, in this example. Snore-No-More is Effective Marjoram is the main ingredient and the key. Marjoram causes the body to tighten the soft tissue at the back of the throat – the uvula and soft pallet. This tissue vibrates and is the source of the snoring noise.
Marjoram on its own however, is not as effective as when blended with the other oils. Peppermint and Eucalyptus are good respiratory oils and Lavender is a good sleeping aid benefiting both people.

There is nothing to prepare, mix, apply or wear.
- Give the jar a shake and remove the lid at bed time.
Place the jar near your bed.
Breathing in the scent from the essential oils as you sleep is all that is needed.
After you get up, preserve the essential oils by replacing the lid.
Once a week, give it a stir.
