Good Scents Solutions guarantees the Marjoram Oil in 35mL, 100mL and 170mL to satisfactorily stop or reduce snoring. The End User has a 30 day window to evaluate and return the product. Good Scents Solutions will honor the 30 day window and will allow for 2 days of processing. The End User must advise Good Scents Solutions within the 32 day period. If you find that your results are not immediately up to your expectations, please use most of 30 day period to try it and experiment. Everyone is different and everyone will react differently. We have had one lady that emailed us and said that her husband snored after the first night. We offered to refund her money. We did not hear back until four months later when she said: "Now, after four months, I feel safe in definitely recommending the 'Snore No More' product. When you receive our product for the first time, we recommend that you keep the shipping box, packaging and the shipping address label. If you are not satisfied, send us an email first and let us know and we will give you a return authorization. We will refund the product cost, any taxes and shipping charge to return it (US and Canada only). We're sorry but we cannot refund the shipping charges from the initial order. Wrap the product up in the original shipping box and address label and mark "Return to Sender" on it.
