Take care when opening - your jar is very full and can easily spill.
If spilled, wipe up immediately. The oil will stain furniture. Tip: A small plate makes a great spill catcher.

Keep out of reach of children.
Avoid contact with eyes. Flush with water.
Depending on the severity of the irritation, seek medical attention.
Do not ingest. Seek medical attention if ingested.
Discontinue use if you suspect an allergic reaction. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Scent Strength Place the jar where it will be exposed to airflow, experiment with location. To receive benefits (Snore No More), place near the point of use (e.g. a nightstand). If you find the scent too strong, partially cover the jar mouth with a piece of plastic food wrap. Every couple of weeks, give the oil a stir. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Directions for Snore-No-More (Marjoram Blend) At bedtime: 1. Give the jar a shake and then open it up. 2. Hold the jar close to your nose and mouth. 3. Take 4 - 5 deep breaths. 4. Leave it open near where you will be sleeping i.e. the night table or headboard 5. In the morning put the lid on in order to preserve the essential oils. 6. Repeat each night. How does it work? The short answer is that it opens up the breathing passages and allows for freer air flow. The long answer is aromatherapy is not the scent but how the body reacts to the scent. Just like smelling salts will revive someone who has fainted or has been knocked out, certain scents can trigger physical responses. Arraby's Aromatherapy Snore-No-More Marjoram Blend contains four active-ingredient essential oils. Marjoram is the main ingredient and the key. Marjoram causes the body to tighten the soft tissue at the back of the throat - the uvula and the soft pallet. This tissue vibrates and is the source of the snoring noise. Marjoram on its own however, is not as effective as when blended with the other oils. Peppermint and Eucalyptus are good respiratory oils and Lavender is a good sleeping aid benefiting both people. Not only is it effective at stopping or reducing snoring, it is a great all around respiratory and sleeping aid for adults and kids with congestion from colds or allergies, asthma, headaches, the list goes on.
