Snore-No-More Doesn't Seem to Work. First, make sure it is near the person snoring. Make sure that the person who snores is close enough to it that they can smell it. For most people it works right away. If not, you have 30 days to try it out. Experiment with the location. Squeeze the sponge with a fork to stir up the oils. This needs to be done once or twice a week anyway. The person snoring might have sleep apnea. Do they seem to stop breathing and then after a slight pause, have a huge snore and then resume snoring until another slight pause? Also, do they wake up tired, do they fall asleep as soon as their head hits the pillow and can they literally fall asleep anywhere? These are indicators of sleep apnea. If you suspect sleep apnea, you should consult a doctor. My Order Didn't Arrive. Check the approximate delivery times in the Shipping section. If you are in the United States, we ship many orders there. But you do need to allow 2 weeks due to border customs clearance. Orders to western Canada about 5 to 6 days. About the same for the Atlantic Provinces. Canada Post hands off the parcel to the US Postal Service at the border (for US Deliveries). US customers will receive their order via the local postal service. The postal service provides a cost effective shipping solution. The downside is that it takes a little longer. You should have received a number of emails upon a successful order placement:
1. When you place an order, you will receive an email from us stating that the order status is 'PENDING'.
2. When you pay for your order, you should receive an email from PayPal with your payment confirmation.
3. When you pay for your order, you will receive an email from us stating that the order status is 'CONFIRMED'.
4. When we ship your order, you will receive an email from us stating that the order status is 'SHIPPED'.
If you did not receive emails #3 and #4 that means that we did not receive payment and therefore did not ship. Or it could mean that the emails were sent to you but ended up in your junk e-mail folder. Please check there. If you did not receive shipment confirmation, please contact us.
I Do't Have A PayPal Account / I don't like/use PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account. When you check out you will leave the Good Scents Solutions website and go to the secure PayPal website for payment. On the right side of their screen you can log in and pay by your PayPal account, if you have one. If you want to pay by credit card and don't have a PayPal account, just fill in your credit card information on the left side of the screen. In over three years of using PayPal we have never had a customer issue with their form of payment. Otherwise, you can call in your order and give us your card information over the phone, as we have a credit card processing terminal.
