Good Scents Solutions guarantees the Marjoram Oil in 35mL, 100mL and 170mL to satisfactorily stop or reduce snoring. The End User has a 30 day window to evaluate and return the product. Good Scents Solutions will honor the 30 day window and will allow for 2 days of processing. The End User must advise Good Scents Solutions within the 32 day period. If you find that your results are not immediately up to your expectations, please use most of 30 day period to try it and experiment. Everyone is different and everyone will react differently. We have had one lady that emailed us and said that her husband snored after the first night. We offered to refund her money. We did not hear back until four months later when she said: "Now, after four months, I feel safe in definitely recommending the 'Snore No More' product. [xx] hardly ever snores now, and if he does it is barely discernable. In our case, it just took a while to kick in. Thanks, so much. Soon I'll need to order another, as I don't expect one to last forever. I must keep your address." If, at the end of 30 days you would like to return it, three things are required for a replacement:
· Contact within allowable timeframe,
· Bill of sale showing purchase date,
· Product in near new condition.
THE SPONGE MUST BE SATURATED (i.e. FULL OF OIL) OR THE PRODUCT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN. We're sorry but we cannot refund the shipping charges. However, when you receive our product for the first time, we recommend that you keep the shipping box, packaging and the shipping address label. If you are not satisfied, simply send us an email and let us know and we will refund the product cost and taxes. Wrap the product up in the original shipping box and address label and mark "Return to Sender" on it. Drop it off at the Post Office. (Please contact us before shipping it back, please) If for any reason you are not happy with the products or service, please let us know. We will make every attempt to correct the problem.
